Rick Hannah is a seasoned law enforcement professional and Marine Corps veteran with over 27 years of service in the Columbus Division of Police. Throughout his career, he has specialized in defensive tactics, use-of-force instruction, and active shooter response coordination. As a Community Education Officer, he has led extensive training programs, including CRASE (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events), equipping both civilians and organizations with critical knowledge on threat awareness, response strategies, and survivability during high-risk incidents.
